MooseMail Inc. (“MooseMail”, “we”, “us”) operates moosemail.travel, a postcard printing and mailing service. We are based in Canada.

2. Information We Collect

When you send a postcard through MooseMail, we collect:

• Your email address — to send order confirmation and tracking updates.
• Recipient name and mailing address — required to print and mail your postcard.
• Your photo — uploaded to print on the front of your postcard.
• Your message — printed on the back of your postcard.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to fulfil your postcard order:

• Print and mail your postcard via PostGrid.
• Send you an order confirmation email via Resend.
• Provide order tracking when you look up your email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Order data (email, recipient address, message) is retained for 12 months for customer support purposes, then deleted. Photo files are deleted from storage within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

5. Third-Party Services

MooseMail uses the following trusted third parties to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• PostGrid — postcard printing and mailing (postgrid.com/privacy)
• Supabase — secure database hosting (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing fun@bugme.travel. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

MooseMail does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential session cookies required for Stripe payment processing.
